Working together

Make your next conversation useful.

You agree to finish an outline by Friday. Your partner sees your progress on Wednesday, offers a check-in, and arrives at your next call with context.

Does my partner need a subscription?

Each person can view their records and manage their data without subscribing. Sending shared updates and nudges requires a subscription or original paid access. There is no shared household subscription.

What can my partner see?

Connected partners see your shared goals, check-ins and progress. Your private weekly reflection is shared only when you choose to send a call agenda.

What if I miss a commitment?

Review what happened, keep partial progress visible, and choose what to carry into your next week. You can edit a goal to make the next commitment more manageable.

How does this fit our weekly call?

Set your commitments together, keep progress visible during the week, then use the weekly review to discuss outcomes and choose your next steps.

FAQ

Quick answers before you download

Do I need an accountability partner to use Apollo?

You can track your own weekly goals, but Apollo is built around partner accountability. It works best when one real person is in the loop with you.

How do partners connect?

Partners pair with a short code. There is no account, profile, public feed, or email setup required.

Is Apollo a habit tracker?

Partly. Apollo handles habits with target counts, but it also supports one-off weekly goals, partner visibility, nudges, weekly review, and streaks.

What makes this different from a to-do list?

A to-do list stores tasks. Apollo creates a weekly accountability loop: choose the goals, check in, let your partner see progress, get nudged when needed, then review the week.

Is Apollo private?

Apollo is local-first and does not require accounts, email signup, ads, or tracking. Partner sync uses a lightweight relay for delivery, and iCloud backup can support reinstall recovery when enabled.

How much does Apollo cost?

Solo tracking is free. Sending partner updates and nudges requires paid access: $0.99/month or $9.99/year in the US. Eligible monthly subscribers may receive a 14-day trial. Apple shows the exact price and eligibility before purchase.

Is Apollo available on Android or web?

No. Apollo is an iPhone app.
